"We are incredibly proud to reach this remarkable milestone in our company's history," said Phill Adamson, Co-Founder and CEO.

"Over the past two decades, we have grown from a small startup to an industry leader. None of it would have been possible without the dedication and hard work of our talented team and the unwavering support of our valued customers."

As well as huge range of work in the aerospace, automotive and medical sectors, Paragon recently joined forces with renowned model-maker Jet Cooper, the Creative Director of Makinarium UK, based at the Pinewood Studios, to create Aurora - a 3D printed hero to prove the abilities of both partners.

Working with Paragon modelmakers, Lee Adams and Tristan Brown, Lee said: " To be completely honest, I was blown away. She was beautiful. The different textures brought her to life and the finishing and attention to detail on every part was amazing.

"I wanted an item that would show a barrage of 3D printing types and different media, and its versatility with snap fit design. So, it needed to be something that would captivate the imagination and demonstrate engineering and design ability."

Alongside investment in the latest technologies, apprenticeships have also played a crucial part in Paragon's success. From the very start, the company has invested in apprenticeship programmes to ensure skills development, improve productivity and foster loyalty.

These investments have allowed them to expand their capabilities, offering an extensive range of services. Their polymer additive manufacturing portfolio is now one of the largest in the country, and boasts some of the most advanced 3D printing technologies on the market, enabling cost-efficient production of component parts for real-world applications in industries such as the aerospace, automotive and medical sectors.

This is complemented by a purpose-built facility offering machining and inspection, and a continued commitment to offering more traditional manufacturing services such as vacuum casting, injection moulding and model making.
